Products
The items available in the LalyDeco online store are either produced in small series or created uniquely based on the customer’s specifications—such as artworks printed on home textiles or designed as wall décor. Each product description includes detailed information about the product’s features, price, and any applicable shipping or additional charges. All prices shown in the store include relevant costs unless otherwise stated.

Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we aim to present each item as accurately as possible, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Availability and Cancellations
If a product becomes unexpectedly unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or issue a full refund.

Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely via trusted payment providers. Prices are clearly displayed with each product.

2. Shipping & International Orders

We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and are happy to ship worldwide where possible.

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method but typically range from 3 to 14 business days. Exact delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note:

• International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees based on their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
• LalyDeco is not liable for delays caused by customs or local authorities.

3. Right of Withdrawal

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product by submitting a written notice to us.

Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Items made to order or clearly personalized based on the customer’s confirmed request.
• Items returned in significantly damaged condition or used in a way not intended for basic inspection.

4. Returns & Return Costs

To request a return, please email us at lalydeco@lalydeco.ee.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless the product was incorrect or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof of return shipment.
Shipping charges paid during the original purchase will also be refunded (unless a non-standard shipping method was chosen by the customer).

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes, free shipping offers, and special promotions may have separate terms such as expiration dates or minimum order amounts.
These conditions will be stated clearly wherever the offer is presented.
